He has become widely known for working diligently, quickly and aggressively for a diverse clientele, including: High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI), Ultra High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNWI), Luxury buyers and sellers, investors, professional athletes, entertainers, celebrities, young professionals and families.
Erik David Barber was born and raised in southern New Jersey and spent nearly a decade working in Media & Entertainment in Los Angeles, California and Washington D.C. As an experienced marketer with a vast understanding of new media and technology - including proprietary video production - Erik's unique approach is both relationship-driven and results-focused.
Erik's career and philanthropic drive have taken him to Europe, Asia, Australia and throughout North America. Active in the community, he is an advocate for Keep Collier Beautiful and current member of PETA, Heal the Bay (Los Angeles), The Humane Society of The United States and Save Japan Dolphins. In addition to his involvement with the World Children's Baseball Fair and service as a local youth baseball coach/instructor, he has been a team lead for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society events, is a yearly participant in the Walk to End Alzheimer's and has planned teen empowerment conferences.
Erik is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert as well as a member of the Florida Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS® and the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®.
Erik graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Bridgeport, with a baseball scholarship and a BA in Business Administration.
Cynthia Ann Corogin

Cynthia has been a licensed professional Realtor in Florida since 2006 and full-time Collier County resident since 2009.
Originally from Lorain, Ohio, Cynthia earned a Bachelor of Art degree majoring in Business Administration and minoring in Religion from Ashland University, Ashland, Ohio. Having lived on Lake Erie and the Atlantic Ocean, water lifestyle is an integral part of who Cynthia is and what she sells.
She is a partner in a real estate portfolio and holds investment properties in Colorado, Nantucket, Naples and Virginia, for over twenty years. Other work experience includes sales and services to Fortune 100 companies and SEC regulated firms based in Manhattan.
Part of Cynthia's life includes being active in the Marco Island Lutheran Church, participating in beach cleanups and traveling, as often as possible, to Kenya for Safari. She is a member of the Marco Island Area Association of REALTORS®.

With over 30 years of professional experience, Cynthia Rosa managed financial investments as a stock and commodity broker for Merrill Lynch in NYC, along with being licensed in real estate in the New York/New Jersey area. Her clients ranged from corporations to individuals both domestic and overseas. Her experience in global economics uniquely positions her to assist both international and domestics buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.

Cynthia’s passion for real estate evolved from growing up in a family of real estate developers and she continues to manage properties in both Connecticut and Florida, priding herself on attention to detail.
Cynthia meets the unique needs of each customer while balancing the demands of the real estate market. Cynthia is committed to providing individual attention and works passionately to achieve their goals. She is a member of the Quail Creek Country Club, The Pelican Bay Women’s League, Naples Area Board of REALTORS® and National Association of REALTORS®.
Outside of real estate, she enjoys golf, beach and traveling. Cynthia is also a proud supporter of the Alzheimer’s Support Group of Naples and Artis of Naples.
